01General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and Warung225 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the warung225.my website and all services offered therein. These Terms govern the relationship between warung225 and every individual who accesses or uses this platform.

Warung225 operates under a valid international gambling licence and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. This platform is provided as online entertainment, and each player is responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with the local laws applicable to them.

02Member Eligibility

To register and use the warung225 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

03Account Registration

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account only at warung225. You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.

• Your full name must match your official identification document (MyKad or passport).
• The phone number must be an active Malaysian number capable of receiving SMS OTP.
• Each account must be owned and used solely by the individual who registered it.
• Sharing, lending, or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

Warung225 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account without providing a reason if there are concerns regarding the applicant's identity or eligibility.

04Deposits & Payments

Warung225 supports the following deposit methods exclusively for Malaysian players:

All deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same player's name. Warung225 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of originating from an illegitimate source will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

• Players can set their own daily deposit limit through their account settings.
• Warung225 reserves the right to decline deposits that exceed the limits set by the platform.
• Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the player's responsibility.

05Fund Withdrawals

Warung225 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction.

07Game Rules

All games on warung225 — including slots, poker, roulette, lottery, table games, and match odds — are subject to their own specific rules, which can be found in the help section of each game. The following general rules apply:

• Results generated by a certified RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical disruption occurring during gameplay will be resolved based on warung225's system records, which are considered the definitive reference.
• Bets that have been submitted and confirmed cannot be cancelled.
